Unable to contact for the last 3 days. Very poor receptionist. I understand they are busy and having a lot of rush since it's the start of a new year but I've given my number twice and I'm yet to get a call back.

It's very important any business have a responsive people facing number.

Wanted to enquire about the classical guitar training, filled online enquiry form in BSM website, next day person by name Matilda reached out to me and suggested to discuss in person with the instructor Mr Dhanapan. Fixed an appointment for me with the above said instructor for Saturday 26th Nov between 2 - 3 pm. Today i reached the school by 2pm, security said Matilda is in first floor, met Matilda to know that the Instructor is not available and he is expected at 4pm, she said that she tried connecting my phone but it did not connect, she tried to connect instuctor but could not connect, she asked me to have lunch and come back at 4pm so that i can meet the instructor, also i can attend concert which is happening at 5pm. I left the place with disappointment, not intetested in BSM any more, drove back home 25 kms. There was no followup phone call after 4pm enquiring whether i am still intetested or for being apolegetic for what happened.
