I had a pathetic experience with them. The staff don't want to discharge the patient just want to make extra money and give very unnecessary reasons. They have this 24hrs discharge policy. Plus staff members don't give clear answers. Won't recommend anyone to go there. Check the attached photo they say cash patients need to wait for 2 hrs but they took 4 hrs for the entire process.

Don't go here for emergency situations. Especially during night times. Duty doctors at night don't have proper training or predict the treatment. They will try only to steal your money.

Provided a good service with pleasure take of each patients.
Rooms are very clean and neat.
Doctor Ramya mom provided a good explanation of the surgery with a lot of patience.
Insurance department - Archana mom explained the policy details clearly and clarified all my doubts for the reimbursement.
Thank you for all your help during my sickness.
