Starbucks is always great! No compromise on the taste whatsoever. This particular store charged me extra for hazel flavor latte. Usually flavors are free - I have had those several times @ various Starbucks location. They need to train their staff on proper billing. I also had another issue at this same location where the staff suggested Rs.100 off if I take food along with coffee. After taking food, she forgot to deduct Rs.100. All these needs to be stopped otherwise Starbucks will lose it’s reputation at this location.

I went to redeem my birthday month offer, unfortunately I wasn't able to redeem. I had to pay full price for the drink, this is the first time I used Starbucks still wasn't able to redeem the offer.

I ordered java chip Frappuccino, taste wise it was average, isn't worth ₹260.

The Starbucks app is garbage, it doesn't have veg-only sort option.

Starbucks Orion Mall is a good outlet. Coffee is great as always however this particular outlet had a very good variety of merchandise as well.

Moreover the manager Rajat was very helpful, I wanted to know more about the various products up on sale and despite the fact the staff was very busy he came out of the food production area and helped me with the various products on display.

Also the Java chip coffee was amazing.

Overall 10/10
