I have been a member from the last 4 months. The gym was good at the time I joined with good quality equipments, later turning into a really bad experience.

Pros:
1. Have decent selection of equipments
2. 24/7 availability

Cons:
1. Do not properly maintain equipments. I have reported that many of the dumbbells were broken and 4 months later, they haven't done anything.
2. Trainers don't help much. They try their best to ignore you to get you to pay for PT.
3. Inadequate parking facility. If you go during the peak time (7 PM - 9 PM), security would say parking is full and won't let you keep the bike inside.

Overall, I am not going to renew my membership once it expires.

Edit: My membership expired in March and I didn't see any change wrt to the equipments. Save your money and find a better gym!..

Staff is helpful and the trainers are very motivated to help us train, highly recommend especially because it's 24/7 gym????

Empathy - Zero
Professionalism - Zero
Attitude - They think they own the world
Greed for money - Anyone and everyone will call you and double check if the payment is done.

They have not even updated their name (Snap TO Snapp Fitness) and phone numbers.
