I have really benefitted from the Yoga that Sateesh Sir has been teaching us. He is really a great teacher. He gives personal attention so that we do it right and he gives yoga practices that are fit for the individuals. Even during online classes, he corrects if we make any small mistake. He is really professional. I recommend taking his classes, tell him the problems and follow his instructions. You will really be much healthier.

Had very good experience in this yoga class...able to learn simple yoga steps to advance yoga... Master have very good experience in teaching. Really appreciate his dedication and coaching in each session. Even through online class we are able to learn and do regularly...it is quite great experience ????????
