Rude customer service
They don’t care a bit about the customer or the product they are selling. In fact they know nothing about the products they sell. I was told they only know the model number and price, rest you got to figure out yourself. On top of this they do not have any demo units. Great way send your customer away.
Lesson learned, Roland does not want my business, so I will take it to Kawai. Thanks a lot!

The shop no longer exists at the said place. You would find a DMart store. When I called the phone number available multiple times I received no response for a couple of hours. Then I had no choice but to come back home

Faulty expensive piano supplied . Keys were loose and not even repaired
