Nice and clean place for various services and utility stores. On the ground floor are all kind of eateries. On the first floor are stationery shops and photo copying services. Most of the offices are from third floor onward. The lifts or elevators are huge and fast. There is good security and ample parking space in the surrounding area in spite of the building being located on the extremely busy MG Road.

Yeah...the area is good but finding this building was really challenging.
I liked the infrastructure of this building.
Old British architecture.
View is nice and so is the market.
