Finished yoga instructor course yesterday..it was a combination of online and offline classes..feels enriched after the completion of the course...it was an amazing journey with the institute..Mr.Ashok has vast knowledge about yogasana and also well versed with our Veda, Upanishads and Bhagawad Gita. His experience and expertise has made the sessions very interesting. I was able to achieve the final posture of most of the Asanas with his guidance and with the help of right techniques . Right place to learn yoga asanas or to undergo instructor course. Wishing all the very best to Pranava yoga Prathishtana????

Am really blessed to learn yoga instructor courses under the guidance of Ashok sir, really I gained a lot of knowledge from Ashok sir and trying to implement on my daily routine. Thank you Ashok sir for teaching me.
