Plyofit Gym a great place to workout. It has very well maintained equipments and the staff is very customer friendly. My trainer Bharath is really helping me to achieve my fitness goals . It's been a month am working out under my trainer and I can see a huge difference in me.

After going to a few other Gyms, I heard about Plyofit. My goal was to gain strength. I was surprised to see how involved Bharat was. He made me understand each exercises and guided me through the process, though I did not take the private one to one training. I never got such treatment in any other gyms. I plan to continue and learn as much as I can about what my body is capable to do.
Thank you Bharath for all the patience and guidance, you really go out of your way to help each of us.

International standard trainers here. Everyone is treated equally, you'll never get bad. Very friendly trainers, they,ll always care you. But gym is not luxurious type. Normal gym .I recommend this gym if you want to exercise without injuries.
