Visited pizza hut in HSR layout yesterday ( June 2023). There were families waiting outside for getting a seat and many people went back. It will be good if more space is provided since this is a popular joint- especially for families. We had medium pizzas of chicken supreme, chicken tikka along with garlic bread. The food was very good. Service was also good; though slightly understaffed to cater to the crowd.

Worst pizza that I ever had in my life, if you this is the kind of food and service they gave, then it's better to have something on road side( that's much healthier and we'll cooked), it may look like rude, so the service and food here is.

This place staff deserve -10 rating. I called today for takeaway and placed an order for 2 medium pizzas- 1 non veg with cheese crust and 1 margherita hand crust. What I got -was toppings of tomato and onion that weren't even properly cooked and the tomato was smelling off. Both crusts were hand crusted instead of my request for cheese for the non veg, and I remember repeating the order so that the lady will understand. But clearly, she didn't and the pizza reached us stale, dry and with spoiled toppings which could easily give us food poisoning. Really terrible in service and in comprehending basic English. No proper bill also as the machine was down- she whatsapped her screen to me. nothing in this order is worth 780 bucks.
