One thing I will clearly state i.e. the taste of the pizza was really outstanding and was far better than rest players in the market. However the poor experience was because of he below mentioned two reasons.

1. I think the restaurant believes that a customer is sitting with oregano sachets at home and that’s why they sent just 2 sachets of oregano for a medium pizza. If this is the thinking, I will differ from that. Sending just 2 sachets oregano for a medium pizza was not justified at all. I think if one is going for dining then they can have as many, then why not to send Atleast 6 sachets for 6 slices.

2. The delivery was sent completely packed in a paper bag with chilled cold drink placed on the top of hot pizza box. I will clearly state that it was not the fault of delivery boy as the order was placed inside a sealed packet which resulted in the pizza getting soggy in no time. If cold drink would have been sent I believe the experience would have been really great.

Burnt thin slices of pizza base due to scorching heat, cheese lost in Bangalore traffic and topping eaten by aliens before the pizza got delivered- had an amazing experience with Oven Story pizza today. Ordered through Swiggy so my difficulties added up as Swiggy customer care has moved to Outer Space (realised it too late).

Anyway, even after spending decent money, going to bed hungry and happy (learnt a lesson). Thank you Oven Story. I will never order again.

We didn't enjoy the pizza. It's like dosa not pizza. Not baked properly and most of the team members in the party wasted half of bread.
