Very arrogant staff and always tries to forcefully upsell useless things. The experience becomes so exhausting when they keep persuading.

One of the worst Nykaa stores I have been in, i am talking about new Nykaa store in Pheonix. I had to go to the store employees and ask them to help me choose the right shades, most of them behaved so negatively that they took the energy out of my soul.

They speak to customer so well and help to choose the right product, that's very helpful BUT at the time of billing they sell the old stock just to get rid of it.
I had been to store and they ended up giving me 2021 product in 2023 that expires on 2024..
Please check the expiry date and everything while getting the product.
They just pack and give and we miss to check the details.
