Rufaid is a perfect trainer. His knowledge within the fitness world is excellent. He has really helped me reduce weight and gain muscles. I have been working out with him for quite sometime now and plan to continue.

As a travelling pugilist, I routinely enroll myself at training centres for martial arts at cities I visit. Located in the edges of Bangalore city near Banaswadi, this School offers fresh faced fighters the chance to interact with and take instructions from likes of retired pro and coach Abdul Muneer ,active pro mma fighter Mohammed Farhad and bjj wizard Rufaid Qadri. The beasts that are being trained here prove themselves routinely at competitions and have developed a network that many establishments would be envious of. The facility is spacious, has welcoming staff and mma fans would have to resist the urge to be starstruck. I really enjoyed the time I spent here ! And hopefully will one day be back for all the Smoke!.????????

I've been to many clubs across India, but now I know that MMA and Fitness School by Fitoned is the most successful MMA chain in Bangalore. They've got elite athletes who are Champions, and there SnC based program by rufaid is absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend.
