I was here to buy a perfume. Such a stingy company, they have taken off the cap from all Testers. So the public is expected to sniff from the pipe, you go to any perfume place small or big mostly Testers can be sprayed. People in the process of smelling are touching with Nose, just now corona went. And sometimes you can't smell by hovering around Nose. So I pushed it a little bit so I can get a little of the liquid. And the sales Rep Risha, objected to me from not doing that and only sniff. I said it's not written anywhere only to Sniff it only says Tester. How I am gonna buy with trying a sample, I was disgusted. Anyways I bought the Perfume Wild Warrior. Just because I didn't want this interaction to spoil my shopping. And it was a Saturday, obviously there will be people, 5 people ahead of me but one cashier even though they have two kiosk, atleast on weekend they can have a second cashier. First of all Miniso stores are congested. This is more congested being in Lulu mall. Atleast in crowd they can finish the que fast. I spoke to store Manager about both the things, she was not helpful. Just said it's a Policy to Sniff, I will take feedback she said. And store has shortage of staff. Is that Customers problem?? Anyways. I am not going to shop here again. No wonder they have 2.8 rating out of 5. Their staff lack social skills, all from North east mostly. Even the Miniso in Forum same story.

Pathetic person standing in the billing counter . Way to rude without any reason . Dumb lady doesn’t even know numbers and how to talk to customers . She kept shouting without any reason . Needs a mental checkup for sure . The lady in the billing counter .

The staff was super rude! She was not even interested and spoke rudely... Not acceptable!
