Purchase sandal for Rs 2990/- from Princess category, used once it’s paste got removed, went to shop within a week of purchase for replacement, not responding, after paying such amount if stuff doesn’t last for 15 days what’s the point.
To owner - I want replacement

I called this store for enquiring about a pair of foot wear and they went out of their way to get it delivered from some other store, all in the same day!! Can’t appreciate their effort and kind gesture enough. Thank you so very much.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. The staff at metro were rude and weren’t courteous to the customer. My mother literally had to pick up her sandals to go to the billing counter with the shoe box. The staff there are not trained to greet their customer. Also the staff there left my mother there waiting and she felt abandoned in the store as for them it is money first, then customer service.

Recommendation to other do not visit the store here at Phoenix Market City.
