Had a super bad experience with this Melora Jewellery
Purchased a ring and the ring broke into 2 pieces
This looks like a scam
I had to visit the showroom and give the ring to fix it and they have taken more than 20days and we are yet to receive any update on the ring

I 100% do not recommend this jewellery company Melora for any jewellery

I tried reaching the CEO (Founder) but no response

I might file a police complaint soon if I do not receive the ring by 27th of February 2023

They have an in house app that sells the exact same item on other e-commerce sites too.. Ironically it is way too costly to buy on Melorra website than on amazon..

On the app they jack up the per gram cost of gold by over 5-8% than the board rate.. Then the making charges is a whopping 30% minimum to way up to 60%.. The gimmick of coupon and offers on credit cards are to deceive the probable buyers and nothing more..

Say you order from them, during order itself they will specify the delivery date to be 25-30 days from the date of order. And in the meantime price increases significantly , they will simply cancel the order. Happened with me ordering them on a third party portal.

Do not make any purchase from Melorra. They simply cheat people by making false promises of cashback which never they made. Beware of this kind of fraud.
