I visited here for the Republic day 2023 event, i was allowed inside though I was a civilian. While i was on the way to the entry gate, there were a couple of policemen who gave away the passes. And I managed to get a pass where two people could take an entry. Without the pass, you cannot enter and see the show. No media informed about the passes prior to the event day.

The parade ground is filled with patriotic vibe, and the seatings were arranged so good, and many schools, defense units participated the parade shows. And the Show stealer bike stunts were the best.

This was the best day of my life.

Please note: Do not carry your water bottle, chargers, power banks, Bluetooth, etc for the security purpose.

If you carry these things, you will have to keep the things near the gate, and no one holds the responsibility for it. You might lose the things.

There are no websites, articles or media which informs any details on entry of parade events. It was all the luck I got the pass and entered, where most people were not allowed because they did not have a pass. I hope this review finds you helpful to plan your next National events.

It's next to MG road near shivaji nagar. All defense exams, NCC exams, parade events, etc are carried out here. Huge ground for all kinds of activities. 2 wheeler and Car parking are available here. This parade ground is under the defence area.

Had an amazing experience on 15th August. Multiple events were organised and well executed. Got chance to meet Karnataka CM. Its location is perfect...you can easily walk upto commercial street from here.
