I was one of the first customer's to visit this place when it opened in January 2023. During the initial days it was really nice, I visited many times to try their Bun Parota, Kizhi Parota, Kari Dosa, Pallipalayam Chicken. The Salna served for the dishes is authentic madurai style and the parota as well. The Carrier Meals for parcel is also nice, it comes with a large portion of rice sufficient for 3 people but the curries provided are very less , maybe they can increase this. But nowadays the quality has come down. The Pallipalayam chicken had only bones mostly. The Kari Dosa is made out of left over chicken kabab which is strange because this is not the way it's made in Madurai. The biryani here is also not great, I will not recommend here. Come here to just eat the parota varities. The service guys are very lazy and always busy on the TV. Waiting time for parcel is also too high. In the evenings try to go after 7:30PM otherwise they will serve you only leftover from the afternoon. They should adapt the timings and keep everything on the menu ready for lunch by 12:30PM. Usually only after 1pm you will get everything on the menu here. Between 12 - 1pm only meals and bun parota is available.

Had taken parcel fish curry meals, and extra fish curry, to my surprise the curry was spoilt. Smell was evident and when heated the curry ,full of froth.they said fish fry but only 4 pieces of anvochoy with chicken kebab masala,definitely not a madurai style food.

very worst experience.
Non veg parcel I've taken.
just 2 mutton pieces and 2 chicken pieces. This only they are telling non veg meals.
Mutton - no spicy, no salt - taste less the same chicken also
Prawn thokku - they told - only tomato thokku with no taste and salt.
small keerai sambar, white rice and sambar, rasam.
Like road side hotel - they are packing with plastic covers.
very worst.
