I would not recommend this store to one who has less idea about clothing. It's good if you really know what you want and don't need suggestions from them.

Although going to such high rated store is good idea when you need best suggestions from best person. But the same is not true with staff from this store.

My incident was - i needed a light blue colour slim fit shirt but the store had that in regular fit and not in slim fit. They promised me they can bring the same fitting as slim fit by alteration.

After rounds of alterations ( that's also is not very punctual , at last i had to stay there and wait for 40 mins) this didn't work , but during all visit they kept telling shirt is having good fit. And on last day they said they can't bring a regular fit in slim fit as shoulder and other things are different.

Eventually i had to bring spoiled odd looking shirt.

They have not been rude but not professional too.

Love it! The store staff is absolutely professional, they not only show products with ease, but also help find the right accessories and style products. The store manager is so sweet and down to earth, he also has so much knowledge of getting the right fit in men's wear. The entire staff of this store takes every effort possible to deliver the right products on time.
