Pathetic service. Designs are to be carefully verified before buying. Purchased this piece of necklace with a defective design. The store manager Pradeep and Priya refused to exchange the piece for another ornament though the purchase was done 2 days before and the necklace also had the price tag and bills.

I am very particular about things and don't quite like it when I do not like anything and people around me are pushing it down my throat.

In this context, we went here to purchase any piece of jewellery for my graduation ceremony, with little to no expectations.

At first, I was not hopeful of it being a good experience but Gouthami really spent the time and attention we needed to help us find something that I would be pleased to take back home.

Very good experience which we unfortunately didn't have in bigger outlets of the brand.
