Pathetic Service. They do partiality between north Indian & south Indians. If you speak Hindi/English, please do not visit this place. They will keep ignoring you. Nobody will come to attend, nobody will bother to show you anything. Even if you ask multiple times, they do not care at all. They make you feel like they are giving the jewellery for free. I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Visited kalyan jewellers for the first time today after visiting Bhima jewellers - next door, went there to buy small earrings for my maid, the sales guy was sThe service I recived there was so had he showed us 5-6 pieces and then said pls decide fast as we have other customers and I left from there immediately.
Now about Kalyan- from the time we walked in we were greeted so pleasantly by Darshit... He gave us so much attention and came across really very genuine and was patient. I ended up buying a gold chain and a diamond pendant. Darshit you have made me a customer for life. Thank you and you are a valuable asset to Kalyan and it's customers

Never go for Kalyan jewellers, they take lot of making and wastage charges. I never prefer this jewellery. And Marthahalli branch workers are worst, they never communicate properly with the customers. If we ask any offer going on, they say yes but that offer we should expect only 100 rs not more than that. Worst management I can say.
