My wife bought a couple of items here. Jockey is known for quality. Products were too good. Nicely maintained outlet. Average staff. As others have pointed out, the person who sits at the counter should be a bit more customer-friendly.

Very bad staff for female specially. Twice I experienced the same arogant attitude of the lady in girls section.
Writing this review as it happened one more time legit same thing. Lady would on purpose not show and say not available inspite this time what i needed was available.
She would not listen, rather try to run here and there and wants to wind up. God knows why they are not interested to sell!!!
Very very bad experience both times at this store. None of the staff are humble and least to none interested to sell or help.

Worst person who owns the shop. Just cares about earning money and not worries about customer service. It's better to purchase from local shops. Don't have option to give 0 star or else I will do that.
