We reserved for a birthday celebration at Iron hill last week. Before I write down my experience with this place I would like to tell the cons,

1. So when we did the reservation we were not told that any kid below 13 age would not be allowed to sit outside, if we had known that before we wouldn't have booked in the first place. So when we reached the restaurant the person showed us a table which was inside and we absolutely did not like it because it was nice and warm there we wanted to sit out and enjoy the outdoor ambiance. so a big miscommunication.

2. We are also requested if they could arrange us for a cake because it was a birthday party that we wanted to celebrate and they confirmed that either we could order from them or get our own. But at the table when I asked about the cake they were really shocked as if they were hearing it for the first time and then they said that they have to make the cake fresh and things like that would you take anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour after an hour the cake arrived and 2 are at a surprise it was a cake from Amma's pastry. They charged 700 rupees for half a kg cake. Again miscommunication.

3. That restaurant where we were given the seating that is inside was very very very noisy. Reservation was around 12:30 and only 10% were occupied in the whole restaurant and still did not want us to give sitting outside, telling us that people smoke outside this is really sad because there was such beautiful space outside in the greenery where the kids would have loved to enjoy and have the food.

4. The price of the food doesn't match the quantity the positioning is pretty small compared to the price.

5. The women's toilet was pretty stinky.

6. Definitely not a place for families with kids because all of them get stuffed into a room which makes it really really noisy and which takes away from the experience.

7. One more thing I noticed was though there were tables that where not occupied...when we checked out, we so quite a bit of customers waiting outside....

pros.

1. The Ambience is very beautiful, especially outdoors, it's huge and it is spacious.

2. The food is tasty.

3. The deserts are really really good.

4. The service is excellent.

5. One thing that I really like to watch instead of strong is really innovative and nice.

6. Regular water is free.

7. The live music is good but again since it is inside it added to the already existing noise.

Its a very nice place in middle of sea of IT parks. With huge place and great ambience, its a favourite place for any office gatherings and weekend parties. We just loved the ambience and time spent here. Even if you are a vegetarian, you have lots of varieties and every food is great. I am a non alcoholic and vegetarian but still loved the place here. You will like it even more if you drink and eat non veg. Overall great place with good parking facility as well. One advice, never visit during weekends. You might have to wait for hours to get a place to sit!

It's a wonderful place, but make reservations in advance. Since we made a sudden decision, we did not have a reservation, but luckily we got a seat since we were only two of us. Once inside, the place is extremely spacious, even though the place is usually crowded. There are three floors and outdoor seating as well. There is a bit of a slow service, and it is necessary to remind waiters again and again for your order. Besides the great atmosphere, the food is tasty as well. It was a pleasant surprise to see the bill be less than anticipated.
