Really cool gym, great vibes and really legit coaching. Good facilities including weights and good mat space, really friendly and welcoming to visitors which is a big green flag for any gym.

I trained here for a month while in Bangalore in the beginner's batch, the coaches are very accommodating and friendly. Everyone's humble and I had a great time, made me fall in love with the sport!
Attending classes became the best part of my day and I really appreciate the culture that coach Rohit has established in the gym, I wish nothing but success for every member; had a wonderful experience. I will 100% resume training at IJJ if I return to the city.

I remember coming to IJJ on hearing about the head coach, Rohit. The gym itself had a peaceful vibe connected with nature outside, having plenty of glass windows allowing the room to fill with natural sunlight. Rohit’s jiu jitsu is exceptional, and i could see it the first day i went. The gym boasts professional athletes, recreational athletes and hobbyists. The most important skill I learnt from them is how to learn jiu jitsu. There are some wonderful and passionate people that are always eager to share their knowledge of this art. The Women’s class taken by Natasha, one of toughest women competitors in india is a great option for
Women looking to learn jiu jitsu. It is truly a special place.
