Don't influence the customers. Let me choose my product unless until I ask for suggestions. Only because of urgency of the product we're visiting for h&g but the assistants not letting us to shop in a peaceful manner - in all h&g I'm facing this.
Last night they took it to the next step, I've asked for a particular product for an particular brand they checked and said it was out of stock and asked to buy me another product and tried to influence me, after some while I checked in that section by myself they're lying with me and I can find the same product I'm looking for - they have 2 to 3 in stock (new stock).
On the first sight they're not letting me see the product or section.

I am a customer of H&G for more than 2 years. Must say, the customer experience is awesome. Selvi and Jennifer always gives the best products most apt for your personal choice.

Swapna from Lakme, was great with me and my mom. My mom generally shys away from makeup, but Swapna opened doors for her. The great products that Lakme have, is commendable.
