Meenali is one of the most committee coach I have ever seen. She makes us understand the journey and it's importance. Also their team is well trained and she have given structure in such a way that u will experience very easy journey. Her diet plans r such that u never feel for any craving. Very friendly and cooperative. She is the one who instealed to choose the rite food for a health living. I highly recommend her service to everyone around me. She is the best i can say

I was feeling tired, lethargic, had put on weight , low energy levels and could not sleep. I consulted Meenali and she said , " your solution is in your kitchen and you donot need to make drastic changes in your diet "
Meenali put me on a diet and excercise plan and integrated me into the program well by good psychological and physical counseling which I believe and understood. After getting into the plan, I have lost weight and am feeling active, donot sleep during the day and have become conscious and energy levels are good. Meenali does not stress me out by insisting on strict dieting and excercising . She gives me space , and balances my physical and mental wellness very well. If I miss the fitness class she says it is ok, your body needs rest , so take rest and get back . She is mentally flexible and teaches you that, and works towards your total well being holistically. I would highly recommend her to my friends , family and associates.¹

Meenali's philosophy is to change the lifestyle and not food. I enjoyed the programme as I ate the food that I like. For any weight loss, exercise is very essential. Mostly, we miss that part but Meenali ensured that daily dose of fitness and exercise is there for optimal change. Highly recommended.
