I have been hitting this Gym for an year now and no regrets so far. Very spacious, modern equipments and skilled trainers to support your need at every session. In the past, I have also tried other Gyms in this area and most of them had one or other issues like space constraints, equipments or less-skilled trainers. The trainers have in depth knowledge and workouts will be assigned to achieve results oriented goals and you will be monitored in every session and updates will be mentioned in the workout sheet.There are two floors and each floor is very spacious and i love the way they focus on every individual. You will find lot other Gyms in this locality for lesser price but i give Fitness Garage a thumbs up at every aspect be it price, equipments, Ambience, skill and focus.

This gym has some of the best equipment and very well maintained gym. Just love working out here.

I like how the gym is divided into a separate cardio section on the 3rd floor and weight training section on the 2nd floor.

Overall the gym is excellent and the gym owner is very kind and friendly.

Am sharing my personal experience here,
I was over weighted last year and thought of joining gym to reduce body weight and fat percentage. Fitness garage helped me to improvise my body shape and reduced my weight by 16 KG’s and body fat to below 15%. I haven’t opted for personal training but the trainers at the gym take responsibility of each and everyone to achieve their goals. Environment of the gym is good and equipments are advanced.
