I had a pleasant experience buying a MacBook here. Initially I called them to ensure they said they cannot offer to match online pricing. However, after some hard negotiations I was able to convince them to offer me at online price. Overall I was happy with the experience

One thing I hope they do better is provide customer better rewards. I know they have the Tata Neu app for points but being a customer who has billed over 5 plus Lakh in purchase they should have offered something nicer.

If you are buying any electronic device, do visit this place and then decide. The offers which they offer is really good and best deals are provided. Well maintained store with all the gadgets. The staffs are well trained and experienced. First floor has kitchenwares which can be little more arranged. Billing and demo is quick. Parking available in the basement.

Terrible customer service, you have to continuously chase to these people for resolving problems,
Recently bought croma fire TV from this store, saying 24/7 customer service within hours problem resolving they said, after 22days i got replacement for the product, and another thing if you're working professional my suggestion is to give these lords a specific time and ensure not to fail for given time as these people are continuously failed in delivering and installing the product on time.
