Absolutely horrendous stay. Even before we checked in , the owner started to shout at us regarding us finding the location. After we checked in the woes started to continue, our rooms were clearly not cleaned nor serviced for quite a while. The bedding was stained and ruined. When we tried to raise the issue the guy went absolutely ballistic and asked us to leave the hotel in the dead of the night. He calmed down once we threatened to call the cops on him. And the cherry on top was the rooms were expensive and the rooms were at best in the condition of a run down pg. What an absolute shame

The staff were amazing, very kind, very welcoming and spot-on with respect to helpfulness. The location is good too as it’s pretty easy & convenient for people to go to near by restaurants, pubs, supermarkets & salons etc.
However, the rooms were bad. The beds were dirty, everything was old and rotten, basically looked like it was being eaten off by worms and the drawers too. The bathroom was huge but dingy and barren. The whole place had a stench which just wouldn’t go how much ever deodorant you put.
When I opened the cupboard, the cupboard door literally just fell
off the the side, luckily nothing happened to me or my leg.

The rooms are good , there was no wifi or TV but linens and rooms were clean location superb and safe. Night receptionist guy was drunk , during check out no one was at reception then in the morning by 10 a lady called continously asking me to check out even though I checked out 3 hours prior .
