An iconic fashion savvy brand which sells premium accessories-bags shoes and glasses.
Playful mood lifting colours, sophisticated and attention to detail products are available to shop from.
Stores are neatly designed,classy displays, and nothing clumsy.

Tried my hands on bags and glasses which were class apart. Not extremely expensive but definitely on high end side.
Shoes were not of my interest, maybe the seasonal display.

Horrible customer service. My money has been deducted thrice from different cards just because I thought my card wasn’t working but instead of trying to solve the problem they try to put the blame on me. Especially the HR who was there today, don’t know her name, she really needs to learn how to speak to a customer. And before trying to save yourself, first try to understand the customer’s problem. She came from nowhere when I was talking to the manager peacefully and started talking so rudely at the pitch of her voice and sarcastically. I’m a shopper and I shop a lot from this mall and only your store has a problem with my cards and my google pay (here I’m not just talking about one card). I gave them options. Worst experience, issue not solved yet, not gonna shop ever again from Charles and Keith, Forum Mall, Koramangala, Bangalore.
