It's a small and cute place. And it is nice to have a tea-based cafe.
The recipes are tea time based with various beverages. The lemon tea was below average in taste. The cookies were the worst. Quality and taste can be made better. But otherwise a great concept for a tea based cafe.

Have been here a couple of times.
Location is great. Right outside the MG road metro station on church street.
The hazelnut cold coffee is a must try.
Snacks are also good here.

We felt that the service could have been quicker .

Chai point is located exactly in middle of street near a Metro station.

I am a big fan of chai point, so I selected this outlet because of brand value.
But soon my experience was ruined by very pathetic service provided by a lady staff.
At first we ordered two cold coffees which were served.
Later on i ordered masala tea which they denied to serve giving reason that it's takes time to make.

So i opted ginger tea, and they forgot about my order, when I asked for it, they just took a cup filled it with and gave it me, without being apologetic for delay.

If I am paying 125 rs for a tea , i think customer service should be of a priority.

Among all the chai point outlets, this one is the worst.

If you are here, avoid going on weekends, not recommended at all.
