Had a great experience today at Chaayos Phoenix City today . Idli podi and palak chat for a change . Was really tasty . Staff behaviour was also welcoming . Though cost wise on a bit higher side , still it's ok sometimes . 4.5 stars from me .

Had a poor experience. Nothing was available be it sandwiches, desserts or juice.
Tea was okay. However, Kulhad Matar Kulcha was good.
Staffs were also least bothered to address customer's query.

Yesterday visited Chhayos Phoenix Mall Bangalore and have a wonderful experience. Staff is superb and expert in selling skill. Nice sittinng arrangement. After seeing mix veg pakodas on the counter we tried to avoid pagodas as it was looking heavy but staff has persuaded us for palak pakodas saying would be light. Really it was very tasty and yes light too. Tea was very tasty and glasses were also solid and good looking. Overall experience was fabulous as such I rate as 5/5 though little costly.
