Absolutely disgusted with my experience. I ordered a cappuccino, first of all I was asked whether I want it "strong" Or "light". Never been posed with that question at any cafe. A cappuccino comes with two shots of espresso and that's what I wanted. I replied with strong because I thought they slightly vary the quantity accordingly. The woman at the counter added an extra shot to my bill. I paid jt thinking it will do, but when my coffee was given to me, it was an absolute regular cappuccino. I don't know if they are trained to fool and cheat customers this way. Would she have given me a single shot cappuccino otherwise? Then what's the difference between a latte and a capp? I would have asked her then and there if I wasn't busy between work and meetings. But I'm definitely never visiting another cafe from this chain again. I have paid 250 for a regular small coffee with nothing special to it.

Nicely done interiors,staff is very friendly,quick service. But it's crowded all d time,especially evenings,people having loud conversation,can't have coffee in peace. Also they r not stocked well.

The location is great and there is enough space to comfortably sit and relax, even work or have short meetings.
But the staff on the counter was not polite and trained. So that made the whole experience quite negative.
The food was very limited and there was hardly any choice.
We did have an half hour long meeting and it went off smoothly. There was absolutely no disturbance or interference from the cafe.
Really reccomend CCD to provide more choices in snacks and food and train the counter staff to interact respectfully with the customers.
Little disappointed with the cafe on the whole.
