It's undoubtedly a great brand!! Their foundation and primer are safest and I have not seen so many shades of foundation for Indian skin tone. The service is really good. The staff members are so kind enough to offer what suits and answer queries to the satisfaction of the client. The Price is definitely high but it's worth every penny! It can suit you well even for sensitive skin types!

Old stock sold to me !

Bobbi brown products are expensive and
I ordered a Bobbi brown Foundation from my house and offered to have it picked up via dunzo. The lady told me the product was manufactured in June 22 and quietly sent me a bottle from the Oct 2021 batch ! Now I'm being told there was only this one bottle. When I asked for my money back I was told returns are not allowed and that I will be given a credit note and will have to wait for fresh stock to arrive
And she says she cannot bear the cost of dunzoing the product back to her.

I had the best experience andbest customer service after a long time .Shiva you are a master in your profession. In recent times I have not come accross any product expert who explains and literally Learnt to do make up while we are purchasing the products . Within one shot he gave me my perfect match foundation, press powder, concelar , primer and lipstick.Not just for me but he also made sure my sil who accompanied me learnt which the right product and shades even though she had no intention to buy.Over all I enjoyed shopping at Bobby brown Shiva , i guess it all jots down to the service you provided .
