I visited the store by seeing the collections and after I was done with my shopping I went to the counter fo billing n yes here arrived the big problem they really have... That is after the billing is done that is the amount wic gets debited from our account again will be reversed bac to us dis is wat I was told... wer does dis happen not in the world it's ok I was okay coz the store manager shashi was very courteous n requested me to wait fo some time... I'm all okay with their so called billing procedure.... wen I was confirming about the issues to the manager from no wer this staff called (Deepak) jumped in to the conversation n told me very rudely with no due respect that (u don have to worry ull get ur money back)is he giving any thing fo free to giv such statements??? Holy grail who talks lik that ???who has given him the right to talk to me lik that no etiquette it's completely their problems with the billing procedure..... A brand like Allen Solly shld not hav staffs lik him(Deepak) I was really embarrassed n wen I told the manager to check with the system n still after showing them with the gpay transaction still I was not allowed to take my things which I had already paid for... seriously I hav no complaints regarding the manager shashi she maintained the decorem den finally as they had already taken my contact details I was allowed to take my shopped stuffs... Still they dint apologize for there ridiculous behaviour even wen I was leaving...not feel lik visiting again....

Good collection and very good customer support. I liked a shirt for which the size was not available at the store, they promised me to deliver the required size of the same shirt at my home the next day.

As promised the shirt was delivered. The sales rep and the store manager took the extra step in making sure the shirt reached me as promised with proper followups. This is going the extra step for customer satisfaction. Great work Allen Solly Pheonix Market city team. I will visit again for sure.

As much as I am an old customer of all brands like LP, Allen Solly etc... but this store of Allen Solly at Phoenix Mall Bangalore in particular has given me the worst experience ever. And only and only because of their Store Manager by the name Monica S..we wanted to buy something from Allen Solly juniors and were about to go to another store. She insisted and pushed us to wait for the opening of their new store in Phoenix Mall. In fact, we wanted to exchange some garments also. However, the store did not open. She has never answered to a phone call.. never reverted either. When I went to store twice, she did not even come out to meet or speak..both the instances I waited for 15 mins or so. Reasons cited that she was busy. Well, everyone is busy. Very arrogant behavior. Hope someone senior within Allen Solly sales sees this and give some attention to the managers within this store. It's not the brand but their people make it saleable. With such Store Managers, the brand has lost its credibility.
