It's a fast food restaurant located opposite to Black Pearl. It's on the first floor, a bit hard to locate in the first glance due to the font/design of the board.

The food is average. The prices look very attractive but it's not worth it. The quality and quantity both are on the downside. There are much better Tibetan, Chinese places to choose from in the same location.
