Amazing ambience and the service is top notch! Went there for pre bridal service and haircut, it was amazing. The hair dresser Ganesh is very experienced and knows what will look good on the customer. :)

The staff was extremely irritating. In a 55 min session the aesthetician kept repeating ( at least 15 times) how I should get another kind of waxing done when I was clearly not interested.
If honey wax is so terrible, kindly remove it. If you guys are providing the service then do it without complaining for 55 minutes continuously.
Suggesting it once or twice makes sense, but nagging and complaining about how hard she is finding to wax because RICA is not used doesn't.
The receptionist even went on to comment how she will provide discount but I should use rica the next time. I never mentioned about money and insinuating such things by her was extremely rude.

Very professional and polite staff. Paid attention to tiniest details. Very natural looking makeup. I was so happy with saree draping and hairdo too. The staff was in no hurry and everything was so well organized. I would recommend it to everyone.
