Don't ever go for this brand glasses it's for namesake.. specially store manager Manish Verma very bad behaviour(giving wrong names when asking their name to complain also).. you will just pay more and everyday u will have to adjust they don't care about customer satisfaction.. better to go to local shops..
Update after so many calls and complaints they made the changes after taking extra charges. Now when we went, they are not willing to give us the glasses until and unless we change the review here. As a customer you go for brands to have hassle free process but here you won't get that. You have to make multiple calls and mails then also you won't get a resolution. Again won't go for this brand in life.

The staff are just excellent.They did my frame servicing for free.The experience was excellent and was more than our expectations. Manish Verma helped us really well.Hats off.

Very nice behaviour. Best service experienced ever. M.R Mallik is the guy everyone should look up to at the Sakchi branch.
