No Sense ( Nonsense) - it's because of such establishments Tata Motors may be loosing businesses what would otherwise would have been a boon or confirmed businesses for them,
happen to visit the workshop repeatedly four times for the same incurring electrical issue got rectified after an intervention of Territory manager,
Fifth time visited again for an electrical a.c. issue having an appointment, they advised to look into upto their convenience as they were overloaded with prior days pending jobs, on the top they give an out of the world reason mentioning the rats have bitten the wire that's why a.c. not functioning without noticing the actual problems, ( this was proved false as other approved Tata motors vendor rectified it as the climate control chips malfunctioned)
Their support staff will run after you to give them 9 out of 10 points for the services rendered

What I concluded with this five visit -

1. They don't value your time despite having reported at the w/s at the booking time,

2.Sorry to write this but to me it seems both service Advisor, mechanics are not aware of the new technologies Tata Motors have adapted for their new vehicles or either it's been done purposely sole moto!!

I assume the dealer takes it as a positives & should look into and find actual course what could have been done at first instance is not being looked into to avoid such instances!

The staffs who do paperworks and computers works are very disciplined and work hard ,but the mechanics and others are careless and a bit lazy ,they scratched my car while shifting in the workshop while I went for my 1st service !!but it happens ,humans do mistake as of their busy schedule ,but they should have a guide for to guide them while shifting cars !!rest i have been assured they will paint the scratch free of cost ,so just the problem is shotage of car mechanics and garage workers ,otherwise it's fine !!

It was third service at 15000 KM, which was achieved in 9 months. Surely not a place one would like to go again. Waiting lounge inadequately cooled. Hot air emanating from AC.

Post service inspection of job not done. Shady areas, like Mobil change was done but Mobil was brought by mechanic in open container.

Was interested in purchasing seat cover, but didn't find any which suited my need.
