Tagore hill is just situated 3 km away from the heart to the city. Its the best place to get a 360 degree view of the Ranchi city.

There is no entry fee. Parking fee of ₹20 for 4 Wheelers and ₹10 for 2 wheelers. Time 9 AM to 5 PM.

The view of sunrise and sunset from the hill top is one of the most beautiful things to see.

You have to climb around 250 stairs to reach the top .

Good place. The view from the top is 10/10. It will be a total leg day for your body to reach that height ????
But the veiw from the top makes it all worth. If you have a camera or drone you'll get very nice shots.
I would not recommend families to go here because 80% of the crowd are couples of 18-25 age group.

The place offers a picturesque 360 degree panoramic view of the entire Ranchi from top. The Sunset is beautiful to watch. One can easily spend an hour enjoying the beauty of Ranchi.

There are number of steps to the top which might be difficult for small kids and aged to climb. Carry drinking water with you as nothing is available right from entrance to the top.

The steps are broken at places, the place is I'll maintained, lacks cleanliness and is dirty. The murals on wall made of cement, if maintained properly can be made attractive.

The garden requires upkeep.

Good drinking water and toilet is very much required.

After one gets down there are small shops which offers cool drinks, snacks and juices
