I'm getting one of the worst service . Every week minimum the connection is disconnected for 3 days.. When you try to contact the customer service , every time they will ask is the red light blinking on the device and to sent a video.... after that they will say that the fiber is cut due the constructions , Nagar nigam, etc... Also internet speed is never the one will the plan is taken.

Before taking the connection they manipulate us in such way that it’s the best net connection provider in city.After some days I started facing continuous network issues which they hardly responded to.They told that if you are unsatisfied with the service you’ll get the refund of security deposit,but now they are denying what they claimed beforehand.”Humne aisa nahi kaha tha sir”.
