Had a horrible experience for returning the bikes, I was in the city for 2 days i.e. 20th and 21st Feb and took an apache from them for the same days, condition was average but worked fine.
I had already agreed at the time of booking with the receptionist that i will be returning the bike 7.30-8pm and i had to catch my train at 9.30.
I came at the gate at 7.40 which i found locked, i tried banging the door but no answer, on inquiring the neighbouring vendors i could not get any of on duty person contact and found their office to be locked already.
Their provided number did not work and guard was not present.
I got ahold of the guard after running here and there after 1 hour and submitted the bike back.
This made me book an expensive auto worth 300 to get to my train on time (for a distance of just 4kms), which i could've went via public transport for wayy cheaper if they recieved my bike on time.
I will not book again from this dealer again in the future.

Affordable pricing. The bikes are good as well. A bit pricey compared to local rentals. But that's ok. The bike I got was 10 year old Apache. Still it was in relatively good condition. I don't have any complaint. I also booked it just an hour before. So can't expect to get the best vehicle.

Is at vedika office itself on main road where prabhat khabar banner is there. Good customer dealing.
