Your service provider do not provide service to their customers and not recive call and ur connection is also not good charging money of 50 mbps and speed is jst 1 mbps

A internet with so much of dilution between their operator and back-end.

Anyways , let me tell you about their quality. You will pay 655 /- INR monthly for 20mbps of speed and you will even get that but they are mostly down in the prime time.

Means, since you have to work from home or study from home during 10;00 AM to 5PM and they are mostly down.

Their services has been degraded in last 3 months and it's gradually going at the lowest side now. Truly unprofessional backend won't let you talk properly. Their services are very poor that you can't even browse your site's now a days. And they will keep making you fool by saying different causes . Server down, fiber cut blah blah blah ...

I am into their trap since April and let me tell you, I am wasted now. ????

Thankfully, jio fiber is now in our area , so I will switch with them .
I wish even if your area will have jio fiber. If not than please don't go for this. Go for a higher plan in your mobile phone , if your mobile do not supports indoor than ask your mobile network provider to enhance this will work better. But protoact they aren't going to get better anyways . Please save your money with these traps and craps .

Worst service in Dhanbad. I respect fully urge the customer to switch to other service providers.

In Dhanbad Anand Singh and Shivshankar both are fraud. I have example with me. If protoact want me to provide the details here, I can share the same. Too many issues Network. When try to call service provider they don't pick up.

And Ranchi customer care ia fake. NEVER resolves any issue sitting there.

Go for Jio or Railtel..
