Experience with Dr. Nivedita Mishra was wonderful, She is very knowledgeable, soft-spoken, friendly and informative doctor. I immediately felt at ease with her. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner, not only has she taken great care of my over all process, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. All of the staffs like pharmacist, nurses, receptionist etc. were incredible, helpful & very patient. They ensured that I had a smooth procedure. I am so glad that I choose Nova & Dr. Nivedita, and would highly recommend it to anyone.

We came to know NOVA IVF fertility through Google search while we were searching for the infertility Centers in Ranchi. We contacted them through phone calls and WhatsApp and they follow up informing us everything we need to do step by step.

The staffs are so helpful and they all are so nice to us. The rooms are also clean and their waiting area is quite comfortable.

Since I am a cancer patient, the first course of the medication doesn’t work properly in my body and my eggs can’t get matured. Because of that I started getting a higher dose of medicine and hopefully my eggs will get matured this time. Still waiting for a good news. I will update again once we are done with everything.

Above all, my doctor, Dr. Nivedita Mishra is so nice to deal with. She is one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. Thank You NOVA for your service and I hope that we will experience great things together in future.
