It's new high court of Jharkhand. As per my knowledge/information old high court is still running that means New high court is still under construction. But today what I saw that it is almost completed and it's looking great.

Pride of India, and of our Ranchi, Largest High court of India, Spread over 165 acres of land, the High Court building has 25 air-conditioned courtrooms and two large halls with a sitting capacity of 1200 lawyers along with 540 chambers for them. It also has a parking capacity of more than 200 vehicles.
The building project is estimated to cost Rs 550 crore. Sabko nyaay mile ????????

The new building of Jharkhand High Court is the largest High Court campus in India with an build up area of 165 acres out of which the main buildings is built over an area of 72 acres consisting of 25 Courtrooms.
The old building of Jharkhand High Court was initially established as an circuit bench of Patna High Court since 1972. When Jharkhand was carved out of Southern Bihar as a separate state, the circuit bench was converted into full fledged Jharkhand High Court since 15th November 2000.
However, due to the increase in number of cases, the number of judges as well as lawyers increased but the old building wasn't able to accommodate them all which led to demand of new building. Therefore foundation stone for the new building was laid in 2013 and which was inaugurated by the hon'ble President of India in May 2023.
