The staff is rude and super confused like you'll have to repeat yourself ten times to get your point. After getting the photographs I was disappointed as the quality of the printing paper was too thin for the price taken. Don't waste your time,energy and money going there

Generally i don't write 2 reviews of same place but the utter arrogance of the owner of this shop has compelled me to write a second one as there is no option of giving reply to owners comment. Without accepting their fault he is blatantly asking me to check the quality of the photographs as if this is the first time I'm using this camera to click photos and it is the first time I'm printing photos!! I'm printing my tour photos for last 15 years in different cities of india and using this particular sony camera for last 5 years, this camera clicks better photographs than your so called studio cameras and i know very well about the print quality, colour contrast of printed photos because i always print photos in matte finish. So instead of arguing with the customers, acknowledge your fault and try to provide better service in future for your own good. I have noticed many flaws in your service, mentioning them here so please correct them in future otherwise you will lose many customers, there are plenty of options available now a days.
1. The quality of paper you use for printing is poor and thin, i have never seen photos getting printed in such thin paper which bends and distorted very easily, try to use better quality paper.
2. The person who edits the photos before printing doesn't have much idea of photography, to make the person present in the picture more fair and white he increases the brightness of the pictures so much that background substances become so white and blurred that sky, sea, mountain everything becomes same. You need to understand that background of a picture is also important.
You are indicating that the quality of my photos are bad but i have all the digital copies with me in my laptop, when i compare the digital copy with your printed copy then it becomes crystal clear that how bad your prints are. I have wasted rs 1800 so i will warn other customers also that if you don't want to compromise with photo quality then avoid this place.
