Fast and prompt delivery and customer support.
I'm quite new in Ranchi in terms of getting online support and delivery like this. But trust me guys my experience went very smooth.
I ordered fish and prawns as the covid situation is not good out here.
Murg bazaar keep up the good work.

My order wasn't followed properly. When I tried to complain about the same, there wasn't any response from the company. Really disappointed with the order and the service. Trust is the biggest aspect of online shopping but I think this company's management has no idea about the same. Think before you buy from this company

I ordered 2 items only one got delivered that too quality was very poor it seems they have cut 3kg chicken poor meat quality , quantity which I ordered was 1kg, when I checked it was 890g only so I have paid double price and got cheated please be aware customer service person said they cannot replace or return. So for chicken which is available at Rs 120/kg they charged Rs 300 ( 275 + 25 delivery) that too quality and quantity both were below average.
