I recently bought shoes from Metro store of nucleus mall Ranchi. When i was buying the shoe it was fitting perfectly but was little tight. The salesman assured me that it will loosen up after few wears. I used it just for two days and after wearing I felt its not going to loosen up and my feet started hurting badly. I went to the store thinking I had 15 days exchange time but they straight away rejected it by nit picking saying u have worn it outside. Obviously people are going to wear and then only they will know that its uncomfortable. The shoe had no wear and tear.... Atleast we couldn't see any..... Yet they rejected it straight away . What's the point of having return or exchange policy if you are going to treat your customer like this. Its better to buy the products online (were there is an option of exchange) than going to these stores with really rude salesman.
Will give less than one star ratings.

It is a good place for footwear shopping foe men and women both. Its location is very easily reachable because it is present in main market of the city. There is a wide collection of women ethnic footwear . Variety of designs are available and most of them are beautiful. western wear or formals are quite less in number. Good range of bags are present. Wedding collection are nice with matching sandle and purse or potli. Coming to price,it is quite high.. Maximum sandle costs more than 1500 and bags above 2000. I like metro sandals and bags.

The worst Metro store I have ever been to.

Today, I visited the store to purchase slippers for my children.

I asked the sales boy to show products within a particular budget. On this, the store boy aggressively responded “Sketcher ka maal aur itna mehenga bag leke ghoom rahe hai aur sasta maal chahiye yahan se”.

This is nothing short of unprofessional behaviour and was my last visit to this creepy store.
