Recently Sent vehicle through driver (pick up facility) for servicing they checked all over servicing done perfectly but when vehicle found after dropping at residence ,driver side window switch broken ,,As it was late evening and workshop was closed, same was informed to service adviser next day morning .initially he picked up the phone but after lisening the matter ,he hung up the phone saying that he will call back after some time . , he did not called the whole day ,next day I tried calling several time but ,he did not not recieved my calls.
Switch was broken by workshop but now ,question is that,who is going to spend on the expenses . Now workshop is not interested in anything because they already got the money.
Hence to customer , be carefull after servicing properly check function of each and every items .
For work shop Authority ,,act like this will compel your customer to think for other available option in the market .customer satisfaction should be your main goal . By by ,pls do not call next time for servicing .

Poddar Motors is situated in the industrial area nearby Lalpur and booty more, I had done service of my car from this place the behaviour of all staff members and owner is good , I like the service of this place and I used to go again this place. This is the authorised Maruti Service Centre.

Good service provider!!! But they are using some kind of oil all over the car while cleaning car body inculcated front and rear glass and just because of that oil driver facing much problem regarding to visuality! So please consider on such kind of things!!
