The worst service. Don't ever consider them. The five star is given by their own people. These people are big frauds. They take money from you, misplace your valuables and won't respond to your calls and msgs. All false promises . First they charged me for shifting my brand new furniture and once the furniture reached the location they called me and asked me to pay for the labour charge which they never mentioned at the time of initial payment. They make you take their 'no use' insurance policy and charge extra for that. They misplaced my new furniture and didn't even take the responsibility.when I raised the complaint of my missing furniture,they made me wait for a week saying that my furniture was kept somewhere else and will be delivered ASAP. And after a week you cannot claim the insurance. Please don't ever consider them for moving your packages.
